Spread the Ewes Farm to Table Dinner

The Washington County Historical Society and the Washington Business District Authority are proud to present “Spread the Ewes”. Please join us on June 10th for a locally sourced farm-to-table dinner benefitting Downtown’s newest event coming in 2023, “The Running of the Wools”.

With the backdrop of the beautiful Stone Pavilion at Washington Park, “Spread the Ewes” will feature live music by Dan Baker, a drink trailer from the Lab at Arman Barrels, raffle auction items, and beautiful decor by the Ivy Green. This fundraising event will offer attendees the first glimpse into the details and plans for “The Running of the Wools”.

“Spread the Ewes” will also feature a presentation from Clay Kilgore, the Executive Director of the Washington County Historical Society. Come see why sheep farming was such an enormous part of our history and economy in Washington, and how it is also shaping our future.
