Main Street Markets
The market is beginning its 17th season this summer. We will once again assemble the Main Street Farmers Market on Thursdays from 3:00 to 6:00 pm where our community and our vendors come together in support of one another.
Although by our opening day, June 18th 2020, we are anticipating the trauma of COVID-19 has subsided and we are once again free to resume a normal routine we find it necessary to be proactive in keeping with the CDC guidelines that have been instituted for the safety of our vendors as well as our community. Therefore you will see a Market this year that truly exemplifies the statement that “We are ALL in this Together”. Our goal is to see our farmers and local small businesses thrive along with offering the community access to the freshest local products and welcoming our SNAP customers to shop with added savings.
You will see our vendors and volunteers wearing face masks and in some instances gloves. There will be two designated entrances into the Market area and a table with access to hand sanitizers. All prepared foods will be in Take Out containers and in support of Social Distancing the vendors will be spread apart and staggered. We are also asking that No Pets be permitted within our Market space.
Enter the Come Rain or Shine drawing each week where $50 is awarded to the winner when the temperature is above 90 degrees OR it rains during market hours.
The Main Street Farmers Market vendors, volunteers, and board members would like to thank you for your support!
